Besides the Dragon and Alex there is also the Wizard, named both as Fourchesac and Grimmagus... and a cat. I suppose this may be related to some episode (along with the potions), but since someone doesn't want my money and a proper dvd edition seems doubtful, I do not know

Here they are:

The wizard is gorgeous, and I wish I had a bunch of that grey hood! He has a new face, and the head is the same type as the first Dr X or Sir Ulf. Again, would be great to get a few - variety and all

With Alex, there are problems. I don't know if this is a misprint, or if he's supposed to look like that - note the helmet goes way way down compared to his eyes.

Now, comparing both Alexes.. Original on the left (duh):

See how his eyes look unfinished on the bottom part? And such a thin mouth... Also, the face print is way further up in the head, making him look odd.

He also has darker eyebrows. Have no idea why.

From pics I saw from other people, this appears to be the norm. So either they are all misprinted, or they're supposed to look like this. How odd.

This Alex has a different hat hair. I have no idea what was wrong with the regular classic triangle cut, but variety is good and all.

And from the back...

The scabbard print is slightly different.. And surprise! The swords are different - the small lion thingie is a different color:

That looks plain silly though. At least to me it feels like a careless blunder. Why in Hades would he have a different sword?!

The sword has the same "feature":

Thunder.. THUNDER.... Oh well.

I believe the helmet may be new (I am not a big fan of these helmets):

The dragon is of course amazingly gorgeous, and huge , but not being a new version, we knew that.

There is another issue.... I need a new dragon tub...

... especially considering what is to come... Just sayin'.

Yes, there is another dragon box. This is just one of them, the bigger .

So, besides the awesome dragon (that we knew), the wizard is great.. but Alex was a big disappointment. If that was a misprint, maybe he'd look pretty too (known problems aside, with that silly pointless incompatible body and all).
